    He clearly says “I got my penis spayed” before the second refrain.

    And its dingaling (or diddily), just in a very Kurt way. I don’t know what a titilate is, but I’m not so sure you can spay it.

    With that, its safe to assume the whole song is about genitals (i.e. “goring my manhood turns a man off”, “El Rancho Ovulate”). Even funnier that its followed by “Mexican Seafood”, a song about VD.
