My name is Jonathan Poto and I am the grandson of Nick Poto, the founder of Honey Pacifica. no there is no heat in the spinner, just a little on the blades that cut the comb

yes pure unheated honey is white except for sage which doesn’t crystalize (along with some other exceptions)

Does Honey Pacifica use antibiotics or chemicals in the hive?

the only outside things we will put into the hive are small amounts of smoke to relax them before working on them, as well as powdered sugar treatment in order to make the mites fall of them during an infestation.

if unheated honey is pure white except salvia do not crystallize, along with some other exceptions
